Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You will focus on researching potential clients, reaching out to prospects via emails, walk-ins, and social media, and scheduling meetings with qualified leads for the Account Executives (closers). Your role is crucial in building the sales pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team to close.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients based on the target market.
- Conduct cold outreach (walk-ins, emails, social media) to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Set appointments for the Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Hit weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industry is beneficial.
Quota:
- Outbound Reachouts/Emails/Walkins: 10 businesses per day.
- Qualified Appointments Set: 10-15 per week.
- Appointment Conversion Rate: At least 30% of the appointments set should convert to closed deals.
Compensation:
- High-Quality Lead Bonus: Additional $100 per lead that turns into a high-value client (e.g., over $50,000).
- Commission: 25% on NET sales (recurring deals) closed deals from set appointments.
- 10% on NET sales (1 off projects) closed deals from set appointments.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
