Who we are
Greater Good Health provides primary care focused clinical services, led by nurse practitioners, designed specifically to support high-risk, complex populations. Across the United States, the 65+ population continues to increase rapidly, while at the same time the number of physicians focused on primary care is declining significantly. In fact, by 2030 it is expected that the shortage of PCPs will reach over 120,000. Greater Good Health was established to expand primary care access and build a new system that supports the needs of both Nurse Practitioners and patients, leading to a greater, healthier existence for everyone. Our solutions fill an important gap in today’s primary care landscape and our outcomes highlight the impact we’ve been able to make.
Job Overview
Reporting directly to the VP, Technology Enablement, the Director, Product Management will own the design, implementation, adoption, and management of key strategic technology platforms and partner solutions to support GGH clinical and enterprise activities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to product ownership and management of the organization’s CRM platform, VOIP solution, strategic enterprise solutions supporting internal and external customers. In addition, this individual will drive the interoperability strategy for the organization via API integrations and clinical data sharing via healthcare industry standards. This role is for an experienced, highly motivated individual excited for a high growth role to build, implement and manage technology solutions that will drive transformative health impact as GGH continues to grow and scale as a leader in Nurse Practitioner led value- based care.
Responsibilities
  • Product owner of accountable solutions and platforms
  • Own vendor relationships as it related to product design, implementation, and management
  • Responsible for executing on strategic and operational milestones and KPIs
  • Engage key business owners, SMEs, and stakeholders involved in product configuration and customization to meet organization’s workflows and solve for core business needs
  • Own the training and change management for product launches, releases, and enhancements for end users and trainers
  • Own successful product adoption and stickiness of product through QBRs, end user feedback and product data
  • Provide ongoing support and management of product post go live, including bug tracking and reporting and issue resolution
  • Track and report key product KPIs and success metrics
  • Identify and manage 3rd party integrations and integration partner relationships with vendors for successful deployment
  • Manage longitudinal customer success relationship with vendors to continually drive value for organization
  • Conduct build vs. buy analysis and competitive landscape and stakeholder research to determine best in class solutions, vendors and partners
  • Develop, launch, and measure pilots as required
  • Capture end user feedback for roadmap backlog, future enhancements and features and drive product prioritization
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders and partners to capture and define solution requirements and translate that into meaningful business and technical documentation
  • Build and maintain product roadmap and drive long term product and technology stack vision to meet evolving organization needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience building/designing/implementing technology solutions at scale
  • Demonstrated experience capturing business requirements, technical requirements and managing a product roadmap
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product implementation end to end, from idea to successful launch
  • Experience leading initiatives with a high degree of change management across multiple departments and lanes
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic data analysis and KPI/metrics reporting
  • Hands-on work with DevOps and project management tools to track and manage product roadmap, product backlogs and enhancement requests
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to continually drive product value and stickiness
  • Demonstrated ability in storytelling by translating business needs to technical specifications and communicating product value to a variety of stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare organization or adjacent organization, preferably in value-based care or care delivery
  • Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in an agile, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work comfortably with a variety of stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines are a must
Education and Experience
  • BA required, MBA, MPH, MHA or another relevant Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant and progressive experience in healthcare product management and implementation
  • Healthcare experience required, preferably in managed care, value-based care, population health or primary care delivery
  • Technical background and experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare interoperability and standards (CCDA, HL7, FHIR)
  • Experience in API integrations preferred
  • CRM experience and background preferred
  • Experience in healthcare platform product implementation
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills
