Job Description
As a Business Development manager with On Demand Staffing your primary responsibilities are to grow revenues and gross profit via B2B sales. As a sales professional, you will be boots on the ground hunting prospects and buyers of staffing to set up meetings and execute Staffing Agreements. Must be willing to meet and exceed weekly sales metrics such as site visits, meetings, cold calls, and deals won. We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for growth and development. A Business Development Manager who is both motivated individually and in a team setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aggressively drive office to achieve all budget goals and ensure all orders are met
- Execute branch sales strategy by sourcing and qualifying new leads, developing our workforce solutions, and pricing and closing orders.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by closing additional up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintaining consistent communication is key.
- Meet or exceed office budget goals and customer expectations
- Oversee all functions of department levels (recruiters, Account Managers, Administrate Support, A/P, etc.)
- Ensure accurate collection of new client information for your team (contracts, references, A/P, etc.)
- Oversee the communication of job location, requirements, descriptions and comp codes with recruiters.
- Meet and maintain client fill rate needs.
- Oversee all functions of department levels (recruiters, Account Managers, Administrate Support, A/P, etc.)
- Maintain/oversee office functionality
- Maintain a cohesive team.
- Ability to investigate and document accidents and injuries in accordance to OSHA regulations.
- Perform in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance/attire.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
- Work, dress, and represent On Demand Staffing as defined in the Employee handbook
- Actively pursue new sales leads, drive new sales with existing customers, and follow up with any new sales inquiries
Qualifications for a Business Development Manager
- 3-5 years B2B sales or related experience; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Staffing Sales experience is highly preferred
- Proven successful sales and growth records
- Prior experience in sales as an independent producer or sales leader
- Proven leadership competencies and experience
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license to drive to on site and office locations
