OUR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER POSITION:
At Park, we will not settle for anything less than an exceptional guest experience! As our Front of House Manager, you are responsible for the quality of service provided to all our guests! You will create a positive team environment among all our FOH staff (bartenders, servers and hosts), providing them with continuous mentor-ship and training. You will also touch tables to ensure guest satisfaction as well as plan and execute marketing strategies and events.
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE: 3+ years experience managing sales or CS employees.
- MUST HAVE: 1+ years experience at a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant (fast food experience will not be counted)
- MUST BE: High energy, outgoing, positive leader!
- PREFERRED: Bachelors degree
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
