The Outside Sales Representative’s primary goal is to close new/reactivate past business to meet or exceed the company goals.
Key responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and client relationship building.
- Create and implement a focused sales strategy to close new and reactivate past accounts in the Greater Savannah Area.
- RFP process for clients to include pricing, agreement negotiations, and client presentations.
- Promote brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvement.
- Document, report, and detail all sales activity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Sales Experience, Including Cold Calling, Networking, and Lead Generation.
- Familiarity With ATS, CRM, or HRIS Software.
- Staffing Exposure or Experience Preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
