The Outside Sales Representative’s primary goal is to close new/reactivate past business to meet or exceed the company goals.

Key responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and client relationship building.
  • Create and implement a focused sales strategy to close new and reactivate past accounts in the Greater Savannah Area.
  • RFP process for clients to include pricing, agreement negotiations, and client presentations.
  • Promote brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvement.
  • Document, report, and detail all sales activity.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Sales Experience, Including Cold Calling, Networking, and Lead Generation.
  • Familiarity With ATS, CRM, or HRIS Software.
  • Staffing Exposure or Experience Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
