Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Account Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact. As a Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the state of Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily prospecting activities required for achieving the assigned sales quota
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals).
- Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate our approach and services to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Consulting Team to ensure seamless onboarding of new Clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer pain-points.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage prospective customers as required
- Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads and represent the Company at industry-related events
- Answer internal and external communications timely and professionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- The ability to craft and deliver compelling stories about our services to decision-makers.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT managed services is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce CRM system.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience in selling IT, SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions is strongly desired.
- A proven track record of success selling to SMB owners and executive-level decision maker.
- Someone who enjoys the challenge of turning a “No” into a “Yes.”
- Ability to work independently, generate leads, and develop new business.
