Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Southeast Regional Window and Door Specialist to join our Outside Sales team. This role is key to driving sales and expanding our presence in the Southeast region. You will work closely with customers to provide product expertise, support their project needs, and foster long-term relationships with contractors and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on window and door products.
• Respond to customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and provide detailed quotations.
• Visit job sites to discuss planning, rough openings, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current product lines, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Support project coordination, ensuring proper communication between customers, field sales, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently.
• Track and report sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
