We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, retail sales, and customer service.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Conduct administrative tasks such as cash handling, labour reports, etc.
```Experience```
- Proven experience in store management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of retail sales operations and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
