Legacy Communications, a leading sales provider of Fiber Internet, TV, and Home Phone services, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Door-to-Door Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to not only excel in personal earnings but also to play a key role in building and leading a local Door-to-Door (DTD) sales team.

Responsibilities:
· Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing DTD sales team with a focus on selling Fiber Internet, TV, and Home Phone services.
· Sales Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating effective door-to-door sales techniques and providing ongoing coaching and support to your team.
· Performance Management: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, implementing strategies to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
· Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to upper management.
Qualifications:
· Proven Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of successful experience in door-to-door sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
· Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve personal and team goals.
· Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
· Results-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality sales outcomes.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Fiber Internet, TV, and Home Phone services is a plus but not a requirement.
