INSIDE SALES

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and qualify leads and prospects to ascertain whether investing in precious metals aligns with their financial objectives.
  • Analyze strategies within the realm of precious metals to effectively diversify clients' financial portfolios.
  • Establish and cultivate enduring relationships promptly via telephone, email, and text messaging, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Engage in promotional sales and marketing activities to attract potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Effectively manage high volumes of leads from various sources through proactive calling initiatives.
  • Sustain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research on client accounts to identify additional product opportunities and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of product developments, industry trends, and national and global economic data to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive long-term success and contribute to organizational objectives.

  • Strong Research Skills: Proficient in conducting effective email and web searches to gather relevant information, with a commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Organizational Aptitude: Capable of managing tasks efficiently and maintaining structured workflows, while also prioritizing personal well-being and work-life balance.
  • Sales Experience: Preferably possesses at least one year of experience in sales.

*This is an aggressive, uncapped commission-earning position; Income potential is unlimited.

In year one (including training time), On Target Earnings are typically $65k+. By year two, many Account Executives advance to Senior Account Executives, making well into six figures.

Bonus opportunities through SPIFFS and yearly Presidents Club trip to those who qualify.

We are located in Leander, TX. Our Sales department is ONSITE Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Full time, 8-hour shift).
