Reports to: Director, Marketing, Canada
Due to growth, Brink's Canada is looking for TWO (2) Marketing Associates for full-time positions. We are looking for two different type of marketing profiles:
1 - Someone with strong developing experience with design, creating assets, managing social media marketing and some analytical skills
2 - Someone who understands marketing more from a strategic perspective, is comfortable speaking in crowds, understands product marketing and enablement - (experience with CRM marketing would be considered an asset)
In general, for both positions we are ideally looking for the following:
Key Responsibilities:·
Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand guidelines.·
Campaign creation and support: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of sales enablement and general marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the NA commercial excellence team ensure that appropriate measures and controls are in place to deliver on campaign goals and objectives.·
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement.·
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, both virtual and in-person. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities.·
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new go to market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.·
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze our digital marketing data from Brink’s digital media assets and social media platforms to grow our business. Provide regular reports on key metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Qualifications:·
- 3-5 years of experience is a marketing or communications role ·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva and basic graphic design tools·
- Experience with CRM marketing tools, including Salesforce Pardot ·
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, website analysis and SEO implementation·
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field·
- Strong written and verbal communication skills·
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas·
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment·
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
