Job Description
Our client, a beauty company, is hiring for a General Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.Job Duties Include:
- Set up new items and discontinue new items in retailer portals
- Maintain retailer data including price
- Update and maintain retail sales trackers
- Create and format sales reports and disperse to team
- Gather and submit special Tableau requests to team
- Collaborate to implement relevant sales data in Tableau including store sales and inventory reports
- Distribute agendas, recaps, and relevant follow ups for monthly meetings
- Responsible for relevant new store opening and closing tasks
- Ensure store listings are correct in SAP
- Manage POS and productivity tracking for stores
- Send product packages to retailers
- Place orders for products as needed for mock/lab stores
- Develop and maintain trackers for promotional offers and ads
- Partner to register products in the US and Canada
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields preferred
- Experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning
- Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
- Intermediary level in Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong follow up and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canadian French is a plus
