Salary : $20.43/hour

Summary

Provides support to the Marketing and Sales Departments through the following duties:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Provide real-time monitoring and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments in an effort to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals / business objectives.
  • Perform continual analysis of current performance and phone statistics (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans.
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve areas of opportunities for efficiencies within our processes as well as coaching opportunities for the team members.
  • Maintain constant communication with Leadership to relay staffing adjustments, coaching opportunities as well as process efficiencies.
  • Enters and maintains customer leads. Reviews for anomalies and provides suggestions on lead/call handling efficiencies.
  • Maintains call strategies and routing screen pops, whisper prompts, laydown voicemails, call calescence patterns, drips campaign, emails, chats (i.e., all communication strategies used by the Marketing, Sales and Sales Operations teams).
  • Supports all departments with order entries and processing for all types of sales (Retail, PDE, dealer, etc.) This may include calls to customers for clarification or to save the sale; requiring, changes in ship date, changes in price or product, etc.
  • Actively demonstrates the proactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Provides consistent and accurate written communication when communicating with customers, interdepartmentally as well as with other departments in the organization.
  • Upholds customer communications and touch points such as dialers, email, chat, Teledrips, review sites, etc.
  • Ensures the customer inquiry is addressed through various communication channels in a thorough, time bound quality manner.
  • Monitors and maintains all Sales training documents and SOPs. Assists with the submission and approval process.
  • May be asked to assist with New Hire Training and supports the continued education and support of all team members.
  • Works with Development on improvements to help improve quality and efficiencies in Sales. Participates in testing and provides valuable feedback.
  • Other items as assigned by a Supervisor or Director that helps support the efforts of Marketing, Sales and others within the organization.
  • Is a back-up during high call volumes and monthly team meetings to the Sales skills.
  • Demonstrates an expert knowledge and understanding of MobileHelp’s business and product offerings as well as has a working knowledge of competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Adheres to the assigned position charter.
  • Performs special projects as requested.
  • Demonstrates poise and credibility, maintains and projects confidence, exhibits high standards of integrity and decorum when dealing with external and internal clients.
  • Delivers legendary service through everyday acts of heroism.
  • Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of (desired) ALX Accounting software; intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, basic knowledge of using virtual meeting platforms.


Other Qualifications


Type 60 WPM

Ability to work in shifts/weekends/flexible hours/Overtime as needed

High volume call center experience is a must
