As a customer-facing sales representative responsible for selling advanced inspection and integrity management services focusing on fired heaters in Oil & Gas and Chemical industries.
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Negotiating and closing profitable business opportunities.
- Responsible for leading sales strategies on assigned accounts and opportunities.
- Understanding and articulating value propositions for discrete services and combined solutions.
- Maintaining an excellent client relationship at all levels with existing and new clientele.
- Generating commercial and technical quotations and proposals.
- Developing, maintaining, and delivering on opportunity forecasts utilizing CRM tools.
- Coordinating commercial activities with early engagement teams in engineering, operations, contracts, etc.
- Initiating and maintaining Master Service Agreement through collaboration with contract teams.
- Delivering presentations on In-Line Inspection (ILI) technologies and asset integrity solutions to capture new and existing business opportunities.
- Representation and presentations at industry events and tradeshows.
- Maintaining firm commitment to our Guiding Principles of Safety First, Quality Always.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have 3+ years direct sales experience with preferred technical/functional knowledge in the following areas:
- In-Line Inspection: fired heaters, steam generators, process piping
- Process systems: crude units, cokers, CCRs, chemical processes
- Asset integrity/reliability solutions: refining and chemical facilities
- Possess strong negotiation skills with proven results closing profitable business.
- Demonstrate professional commercial management skills at multiple levels within an organization.
- Demonstrate sales experience with cross-functional and large-scale sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality of proprietary technologies.
- Understand customer requirements and provide full solution packages.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to engage and develop new business.
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-driven, self-managed and highly motivated.
- Have professional sales knowledge and Oil & Gas industry acumen.
- Have strong written skills and oral soft skills.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree OR High School diploma

The annual base pay scale for this position is 90,000 - 104,650 - 127,850 CAD
This position offers a competitive sales incentive program.
