Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinical Laboratory Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our laboratory services and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical laboratory operations and the ability to communicate the value of our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on laboratories, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to expand the customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our laboratory services, including testing capabilities and technologies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our services.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory staff to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and service delivery.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the clinical laboratory or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory services and medical diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
