Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their office furniture needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present products and solutions to clients, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver customized solutions and enhance client experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position competitively.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring smooth delivery and installation of products, and addressing any client concerns or issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture or interior solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
