Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their office furniture needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present products and solutions to clients, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver customized solutions and enhance client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position competitively.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring smooth delivery and installation of products, and addressing any client concerns or issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture or interior solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
