About Eastern Security Inc.

Eastern Security Inc. was founded by Will Landon and David Achilles in May of 2018. Will, with a background in the Physical Security Industry, identified areas of opportunity for physical security in multiple industries that were being hard hit by theft and damage, resulting in significant revenue loss. Partnering with his lifelong friend, David, they established Eastern Security Inc. to stand apart from other physical security companies.

Since the beginning, Eastern Security Inc. has ensured that every size business can afford physical security guards. By offering custom-tailored Security Guard Packages, Eastern Security can fit any size budget, from large Enterprise clients to start-ups and family-run businesses. Will and David take a hands-on-approach, staying involved from the initial consultation, through the entirety of each contract by offering direct-to-owner access.

As the company begins to expand nationwide, Eastern Security Inc. continues to maintain a higher standard by staying customer focused and offering all-encompassing Security Guard Services.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help us expand our clientele. Candidate Must have a self-starter attitude. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective and successful sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare All sales to send to company management for Contract.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Network with associations and other like groups
  • Maintain open daily communication with the corporate office.

Education and Training

  • Relevant experience in a previous successful sales role.
  • Special training programs in security management are strongly desired.
  • Organizational Skill: This is a sales position where you are expected to obtain and exceed sales goals. Strong drive and time management is required.
  • Communication Skill: Position is client-facing, which requires strong relationship building abilities, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
