Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer needs. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and driving business development efforts to expand our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to meet company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions
- Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Word, Excel and our in house dispatching system
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights gathered.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Previous experience in outside sales is a plus but not required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,491.72-$65,000.00 per year
