Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer needs. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and driving business development efforts to expand our market presence.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to meet company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions
  • Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs such as Word, Excel and our in house dispatching system
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights gathered.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Previous experience in outside sales is a plus but not required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,491.72-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay

Benefits:

  • Automobile allowance

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
