Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on service-based sales. Your ability to communicate effectively, lead negotiations, and foster business development will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the service business sector.
- Strong skills in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving team success.
- Proficiency in negotiation tactics to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.

As such you will be able to work on your own schedule. The position will require traveling to client locations within your territory to view locations in order to give an accurate bid, but it's all on your schedule.
