We are looking for a motivated, results driven, and friendly Outside Sales Representative to be responsible for all outside sales activities. Sales Support
This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by supporting the sales team by handling customer’s orders and problem solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to management and sales team
- Answer customer phone calls, emails and provide excellent customer service regarding our products and services
- Directly process customer’s orders and input into the system
- Handle administrative duties for the department
- Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of customer service experience required
- Some sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and over-the-phone communication skills with positive upbeat attitude
- A proactive self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and ability to follow directions without close supervision
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Be presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, web browser, email, etc.)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Bilingual is a plus
