Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise hospital staff to uphold exceptional care standards and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Offer professional guidance to nursing personnel, manage disciplinary matters, compile administrative reports, evaluate staffing and financial needs, and foster seamless integration of Nursing Services across various hospital departments.
Contribute to program enhancement and nurse recruitment initiatives, facilitating training sessions and supporting ongoing education programs.
Recruit, train, oversee, and appraise designated nursing staff; coordinate duties and streamline nursing services.
Collaborate in the development of nursing protocols and procedures.
Provide opportunities for ongoing education and professional development to nursing staff.
Evaluate patient requirements, participate in delivering nursing care, and ensure services are executed and documented accurately.
Maintain comprehensive patient healthcare records.
Manage supply inventory records; procure necessary supplies and equipment as per requirements.
Uphold adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and addressing compliance concerns effectively.
