Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Community Sales Manager to join our team. As a Community Sales Manager at Fulford Homes, you will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the home purchasing process, from initial contact to closing. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and facilitate the sale of our high-quality homes.

Please note that our Community Sales Managers MUST work on the weekends! Typical days off are Thursday and Friday of each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective homebuyers and provide personalized guidance throughout the home buying journey.
  • Showcase our model homes and community amenities to potential buyers.
  • Educate customers on available floor plans, communities, customization options, and features of our homes.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect home location, design, and finishes to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate and conduct home tours, open houses, and other sales events. This includes events that may be outside of our standard operating hours.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, and industry professionals to drive sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless home buying experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of residential construction, home design, and real estate sales processes preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules. (Weekend availability is a MUST!)
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Visiting building sites with both existing and prospective clients is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
