Sales Enablement Specialist

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Strategy & Sales Enablement and play a pivotal role in bridging between our Sales and Service teams. Based on the data, you will identify new strategic opportunities and develop action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading equipment upgrades and renewals: Engaging customers with products and programs that highlight exclusive benefits and perks.
  • Proactively identifying sales opportunities: Attending service calls and meetings to discover sales opportunities and enhance the Canon customer experience.
  • Advancing the Service Lead Share Program: Empowering service technicians to identify and report potential sales leads for recognition.
  • Gathering market insights: Collecting references and testimonials for the Sales Enablement Team to leverage and promote.
  • Creating comprehensive customer experience plans: Collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Business Planning to outline detailed strategic action steps (e.g., product positioning, promotional offers, and lead generation programs).
  • Facilitating program improvements: Working closely with Service Leaders and technicians to gather feedback and implement strategic recommendations.
    • Supporting Canon’s service visibility: Partnering with Service, Sales, and Marketing to develop presentations, marketing materials, and drop-off content that promote Canon’s service capabilities.
    • Contributing to KPI development and tracking: Offering insights on KPI creation, monitoring performance, and preparing executive reports on the service organization.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Passion for customers and empowering them to transform their businesses.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Post-Secondary education in Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, or marketing department required.
  • Intermediate analytical skills to assess customer requirements and gather information from various sources.
  • Intermediate time management and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and projects effectively.
  • Intermediate project/process management skills for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic plans.
  • Intermediate in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data filtering.
  • Fluency in both French and English is an asset.
