Salary: $44000 - $52000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
• Engage in sales activities to drive growth and meet monthly Allstate VC goals.
• Follow the established quoting and sales process to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty License.
• Must have previous insurance sales experience.
• Candidate must be able to commute to office Monday-Friday.
• Self-driven with a positive mindset and a focus on achieving goals.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Coachable and eager to learn and perfect the sales process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
