Job Summary:
Are you a results-driven Sales professional with a knack for building strong and lasting client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our Building Automation Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in the Building Automation sector. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales acumen, you will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and deliver superior customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as their trusted liaison.
  • Scout out new business opportunities and sectors ripe for growth, keeping us on the cutting edge.
  • Craft and implement strategic sales plans tailored to hit specific targets, turning plans into profits.
  • Negotiate contracts and seal agreements that maximize returns, making sure every deal is a win.
  • Deliver polished, professional sales presentations that make potential clients take notice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients are smiling and services are delivered promptly – you’re the voice of the customer within our walls.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and the competitive landscape, keeping our strategies sharp.
  • Leverage your problem-solving skills to address client concerns and identify solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections and represent the HIS brand in the marketplace.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications Needed to Apply:

  • Significant work experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar, particularly in the Building Automation industry.
  • Capacity to communicate with, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • Solid hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Proven track record of providing customer-centric solutions, highlighting your commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Multi-tasking master, able to juggle multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • A listener at heart with superior negotiation and presentation skills, ensuring our customers feel heard and valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that keep everyone on the same page.
  • A stress-resistant nature, maintaining your composure and upholding company values even in high-pressure situations.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that’s always looking for opportunities to grow accounts and enhance client relationships.
  • A proactive approach in understanding industry trends and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of scheduling changes and unexpected hurdles, ensuring the smooth running of projects and client relationships.
