Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Analyst role will help measure marketing performance, build and run campaigns, and drive revenue for Bay Alarm. This role will run marketing programs in Hubspot or similar MAP and require a passion for analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will help take Bay Alarm's marketing to the next level by being a great communicator, collaborator, project manager, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze lead reporting to help us understand how our marketing is performing
  • Maintain our executive-level marketing performance dashboard
  • In partnership with our performance marketing agency, create and maintain marketing campaign performance dashboards in Hubspot
  • Own and improve our lead capture process. Ensure lead forms and call tracking work properly and are collecting data needed to measure marketing performance.
  • Work with Marketing Campaigns Manager to build, execute and measure email campaigns.
  • Build, test and optimize landing pages to support online and offline campaigns.
  • Partner with agencies to ensure relevant ad campaigns are tracked and measured in Hubspot.
  • Use Bay Alarm's internal customer database, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other tools to create segments for email, direct mail, ABM and other campaigns. Experience with comparing and consolidating many lists from different sources.
  • In partnership with Sales Operations, maintain our Hubspot contacts database for data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain/optimize our email send score and ensure Bay Alarm is compliant with GDPR, CAN SPAM and any other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain tech stack SLAs and monitor platform performance. Troubleshoot issues with agency and tech provider partners.
  • Ensure bayalarm.com is working properly and work with agencies to fix any issues
  • Build relationships with martech partner CSMs, monitor the martech budget and ensure our partners are paid timely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • High School/GED equivalent required
  • A passion for digging into data to uncover and share insights
  • A track record of partnering with IT, agencies, sales and sales operations to complete marketing operations projects.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Experience administering Hubspot or similar MAP from a marketing perspective
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Exposure to ZoomInfo or similar segmentation / prospecting tool.
  • Hubspot certified preferred
  • Experience with a BI tool (Looker, DataRails) preferred
  • Knowledge of how SQL works preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, listening, working at a computer and travel.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, crouching, kneeling and crawling.
  • Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Motor vehicle driving vision and computer usage vision required.
  • Close, distance, color, depth perception and focusing vision required.
  • Noise level is usually moderate.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
