Hyper Microsystems, Inc. is seeking friendly, energetic, and independent candidates for our Junior Inside Sales Representative position. The Junior Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the Executive team to maintain a pipeline of potential clients and answer any questions related to our industry or services. The ideal Junior Inside Sales Representative candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self-motivated. This position will be responsible for developing their sales skills to eventually move into an Inside Sales Representative (Account Executive) position. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outbound call centers not required.
Base Salary: $42,000 + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Creating sales orders, sending product samples to potential clients, taking photographs of products, and other duties as needed by Account Executives
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, social media, or other digital resources
- Creating and maintaining a database (Microsoft Excel) of prospective client information
- Following up with ongoing clients regarding new promotions and inventory
- Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Building pipelines with clients to support the sales team
- Promoting our products and services to potential clients and answering client questions
- Generating new inventory procurement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with the desire to contribute to the success of company Sales team
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Knowledge of lead generation process
- Maintaining a persistent, yet friendly attitude with potential clients
- Self-motivated and independent
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with marketing, outbound call centers, inside sales or other related sales experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
