Hollis Supply, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated individual for our Snohomish, WA location. As an Outside Sales Representative at Hollis Supply, Inc., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers and ensuring we continue to meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in outside sales, specifically in Industrial Supply, Safety & Workwear and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Position Location: Snohomish, WA
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and networking.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Present and explain our product offerings to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent Hollis Supply in a professional manner at all times, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an outside sales role, preferably within industrial & safety supply and related products
- Strong understanding of all products related to industrial & safety supply (Shop Products, Hi-Viz, PPE, Fall Protection, Environmental, etc).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
