- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide product information and upsell additional services.
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry and documentation of interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide top-notch customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Bilingual proficiency, in Spanish, is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
