What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the thermoformed plastic sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the account base across diverse industries
- Make regular customer sales calls and track sales funnel progress in the Company’s CRM
- Establish rapport quickly with assigned current accounts, potential customers and prospects
- Establish sales goals to expand market share and enhance company profitability
- Explore new markets and develop strategies for successful entry into new markets
- Implement practical, timely solutions to remove obstacles to sales growth
- Develop and prepare sales presentations to customers and prospects and reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management
- Work in a collaborative team environment with multiple departments
- Develop and remain accountable to department KPIs and sales process
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in thermoforming, injection molding and/or industrial sales
- Takes initiative; driven to get things done
- Responds well to pressure
- Enthusiastic and personable
- Effectively multitasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborates with a diverse group of people
- Able to work remotely and travel regularly
- Adept at incorporating and adopting new technology
- Open to change, innovation and process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM system
This position is remote; however, the incumbent must live near a major airport.
