Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on direct sales efforts, utilizing your skills in territory management and technical sales to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct direct sales activities including cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to generate new leads.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical product knowledge to clients, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using software tools.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients showcasing product benefits and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred.
  • Strong background in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and convey information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
