Role Overview

As our BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of new client acquisition—identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into long-term partners. You’ll lead with an analytical approach, asking “What if?” and moving quickly to turn ideas into action. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Act quickly to engage inbound leads.
- Client Engagement: Present our industry-leading residential and association management services to prospects.
- Client Qualification: Assess potential clients and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless client onboarding process, delegating details where needed.
- CRM Management: Keep a detailed CRM, but don’t worry—you’ll have support for managing the minutiae.
- Learning & Strategy: Quickly absorb Trident’s policies and market dynamics to continually strategize for growth.
- Relationship Building: Create strong, forward-thinking client relationships, using customer success stories to highlight value.
- Marketing Management: Oversee and implement sales-driven marketing efforts.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
