Title :Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)
Job Type: Full Time
- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building and client service.
- Understanding the requirement and clients need and shortlist suitable candidates based on technologicalskills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Analyze requirements from clients/ Tier 1 vendors, assign and have a close follow with delivery teams.
- Should have good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process with proven benchsales experience in US IT consulting industry.
- Should have experience in rate negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Develop a business plan, and sales strategy for growing revenue within accounts
- Experience working in staffing domain
- Handling IT clients & meeting hiring managers frequently in requirements gathering
- Work closely with operations team to ensure all engagements are delivered
- Experience working with Vendor management tools
- Able to train other sales team within the company
- Responsible for client relations and company growth with excellent communications
- Work with recruitment team in help of niche/passive candidates within their territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,321.34 - $79,096.66 per year
