Job Title: Sales Representative - Product Specialist
Income: $150k - $300k FIRST YEAR POTENTIAL

If you are accurate and precise with your orders, you can use your restlessness and intense desire to close orders on PRE-SET sales appointments with absolutely NO COLD CALLING!!!!!!
A Product Specialist is responsible for leading customers through a thorough presentation which details Windows Plus’s products, services, and financing options to obtain the customer’s commitment of purchase.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fully execute up to three (3) prescheduled, in-home consultations-- assisting homeowners in identifying and evaluating their current and future home improvement needs.
- Conduct detailed and accurate inspections and measurements of client homes.
- Work with homeowners to analyze facts and figures to help them reach logical solutions.
- Lead clients through Window Plus’s personalized, one-call close, sales system.
- Professionally demonstrate, educate, and communicate with clients on functionality and utility of products, services, and payment options.
- Precise delivery of our PROVEN 11 step selling methodology, yielding a 50% sale closing ratio.
Skills and Abilities:
- Competitive, results oriented individual who can work independently and deliver consistent results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow our company's systems and procedures.
- Able to memorize and confidently present company sales presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments.
Job Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with regular evening availability and a 1/2 day every other Saturday--required.
- Valid Driver’s License--required.
- High School Diploma or GED--required.
- Fluency in English language-required
- Basic Math--required.
- Reliable transportation-- required
- Previous sales experience--preferred.
