Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our customer service team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems. This is an administrative role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with databases and spreadsheets.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:45pm
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from documents into computerized systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- File and maintain physical and electronic records
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient data management
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
- Familiarity with databases and data entry software is a plus
