Objectives of this Role
- Own the client relationship with assigned clientele, including overall customer satisfaction.
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content, with help from the creative team.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
- Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Executive with various administrative tasks related to the company’s day-to-day operations (to include but not limited to screening and directing phone calls, taking and disseminating notes during meetings, client follow-up, etc.)
- Support sales team with various administrative tasks related to securing client’s design layouts and quote approvals.
- Manage, log and communicate client’s design revision requests (through final approval and purchase order issuance).
- Organize, track, monitor and report on the lead flow within Salesforce and ensure an efficient lead process from beginning to end.
- Actively communicate with the sales team regarding all client exceptions and questions related to design layouts and quote approvals.
- Prepare and manage preliminary vendor data (using Microsoft Excel) for the purpose of creating client estimates.
- Organize, track, monitor and report on the lead flow within Salesforce and to ensure an efficient lead process from beginning to end.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ or High School degree with 5 years relatable experience
- Prior Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Excel)
- Knowledge of MS Teams for meetings and communication
- Attention to detail is critical for this role.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Preferred experience, within the food service industry or logistics and/or as a project coordinator or manager.
- Must undergo a background check and meet Level 2 screening requirements pursuant to Florida State Statute 1012.32.
- Comply with all local, state and federal regulations, laws, and policies.
