Our Manager Trainee team is a group of dedicated people looking to push the envelope using cost-effective sales campaigns and customer service strategies. We provide our clients the same exposure as the standard firm but at a fraction of the price. Our success and rapid growth have set new industry standards, and we are out to raise the bar in the sales and customer service industry.

Major Tasks As A Manager Trainee:

• Responsibilities of a Manager Trainee are to drive sales by meeting directly with prospective customers and delivering standout product presentations
• Assist in the creation and execution of experiential sales strategies for a designated territory
• Interact with the Customer Service & Sales team to develop impactful and innovative product presentations
• You'll attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and virtual networking webinars to increase marketing and training abilities while honing your leadership skills
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately and continuously maintain a working knowledge of available products and services

Manager Trainee Qualifications:

• The ability to start right away is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or entrepreneurship OR at least two years of applicable experience
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Reliable transportation to the office daily
• Thrive in a team-oriented and high-energy environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
