Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to analyze market trends. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Experience in accounting domain is preferred.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Previous experience in outside sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,273.43 - $74,995.96 per year

  • Moline, IL 61265: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
