We are looking for multiple Inside Sales Representatives (not remote or outside sales) to add to our team at GenStone! Please apply using the link below!

GenStone is an international faux stone and brick veneer building supply company located in Littleton, CO. Members of our sales team work directly with end-users and contractors throughout the USA and Canada to provide material takeoffs and design consultations for projects including outdoor kitchens, accent walls, fireplaces, bars and complete siding replacements among many other creative and fun projects.

We advertise on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, HGTV, and the DIY Network. We increase our advertising budget as new sales professionals join our team resulting in more than enough, warm leads for our sales team. Need proof? We’re happy to share videos created by current members of our sales team detailing the culture, atmosphere, and how our sales have doubled each of the last 3 years. · We utilize an auto dialing system, resulting in an over 70% contact rate

· 80% of our team makes or is on schedule to make $100,000+

· We will have you trained and ready to sell in a day and a half

What’s an ideal candidate?

· 1 Year of phone sales experience required

· Energetic presentation skills

· Dependable with a commitment to exemplary sales performance

· Negotiation skills

· Excellent closing skills

· Constant positive attitude

· Self-motivating and a hunger to succeed

· A clean background is required
