Essential Functions:
- Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation.
- Become an expert in one’s knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudville’s culture of recognition and excellence.
- Maintain a high-level of professionalism in daily interactions with customers, co-workers, superiors, etc.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service.
- Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites.
- Develop/manage a territory of accounts while meeting minimum expectations for monthly sales quotas and growing existing business.
- Maintain a high activity of calls & talk time-determined by strengths and territory
- Ability to multi-task and function within Baudville’s key technology components: CRM & Order Entry Platforms
- Maintain weekly account/activity reports for business reporting.
- Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills
- Capability to excel in a goal-oriented environment
- Prior customer service or business to business sales experience is desirable
- Possess a relational and service-oriented approach into interactions with others.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with CRM’s is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to translate professional training/coaching into daily practices.
- Team player that is willing to support others for the benefit of the organization.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Excellent listening & relationship building skills
- Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time and accurately
- Desire to become a Subject Matter/Industry Expert in the area of Employee Recognition
Requirements:
Education
High School Diploma of Equivalent.
Experience
1-3 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience in a goal oriented and metric driven environment is preferred.
