Position Overview: Timeshare Exit Specialists (TES) at our Business Development Center (BDC) play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing leads, both from new and existing clients, and sustaining client relationships. TES are tasked with working on leads for potential customers, linking them with a sales analyst who can guide them through their timeshare exit journey. While this role involves collaboration with our exit team, it primarily focuses on information gathering, lead follow-up, and acting as a customer service agent for both potential customers and exit specialists in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage all client inquiries, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
Handle inbound calls regarding timeshare exits.
Maintain a friendly and supportive demeanor while addressing client questions and providing general or related timeshare exit information.
Uphold and communicate outstanding product and service knowledge to our clients.
Accurately gather and track all client data; enter into database(s) and CRM.
Utilize scripts provided by the company to address client inquiries and concerns, meeting the company’s objectives.
Collaborate closely with other Service and management in a team-oriented environment.
Engage in departmental and company meetings; perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, in-person, and online.
Proficiency in basic writing skills.
A proven customer service track record or a clear desire to provide next-level customer service.
Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, Ect...
Team player and Self Starter
Fast learners
