Jefo is currently seeking a bilingual International Customer Service Coordinator.

Job summary
Under the supervision of the International Customer Service Supervisor, the International Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for international order processing activities. He/she makes decisions that have a direct impact on the performance of operations, customer service and the sales network.
Main responsibilities
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent after-sales service;
- Analyze and respond to customer and sales representative needs, process requests and ensure respective follow-ups;
- Process customer orders from registration to delivery and coordinate the various stages of the OTC (Order to Cash) process in SAP in collaboration with the various internal (interdependence) and external parties;
- Manage the preparation and compliance of shipping and administrative documents according to specific country requirements and customer orders;
- Prepare and update customer files and request changes in the SAP system;
- Effectively share information with co-workers across company divisions.
Logistics
- Coordinate international shipments by sea, air and land with the logistics department, following established procedures;
- Classify various transport-related information in SAP and FileMaker Pro;
- Request export documents from the various parties involved;
- Follow-up on containers and orders, and provide appropriate information to sales representatives or customers;
- Ensure that orders arrive on time and at destination.
Required training and experience
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in International Trade, Sales and Commercial Representation or any equivalent diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in customer service or sales administration;
- Any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
Skills required
- Bilingualism (French, English) essential, both oral and written, due to daily international exchanges;
- Knowledge of an ERP system;
- Document management skills (invoices, packing lists, BOL " Bill of Lading ");
- Knowledge of international transport;
Assets
- Skills with international letters of credit;
- Knowledge of Spanish.
