Procurement and Rental Management:

Overview:

As the Court Logistics and Installation Manager at Playbook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless procurement, installation, and rental of basketball and volleyball courts and nets across the country. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase and rental of basketball and volleyball courts and nets.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to warehouses across the country.
Coordinate rental agreements with clients and oversee the scheduling and logistics of court installations.

Logistics Coordination:

Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of court equipment.
Liaise with trucking companies to arrange transportation of equipment to various locations.
Ensure efficient inventory management and proper documentation of all shipments.

Installation Oversight:

Collaborate with installation staff to plan and execute court installations nationwide.
Provide on-site supervision and support during installations to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot any installation issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Travel Requirements:

Travel nationally two weekends per month to oversee court installations and rentals.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for installation teams as necessary.
Utilize weekdays for planning, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
