As an Education Solutions Specialist at our school solutions agency , you will play a pivotal role in alleviating stress for teachers by offering tailored solutions in school or group fundraising and custom apparel and promotional items for schools. Leveraging your deep connections within the education community and extensive network of educators, you will drive sales and foster long-term partnerships with schools, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers in schools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to schools and teachers, understanding their pain points and offering personalized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
2. Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative fundraising strategies and apparel solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each school.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education, fundraising, and apparel to offer cutting-edge solutions.
3. Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
4. Networking and Outreach:
- Leverage your personal network within the education community to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Represent the company at education conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, providing regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).

Pay: $12,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
