We are looking to add a few motivated BDC representatives to our growing Business Development team for Multiple Locations of our Company.
Those with experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, retail sales, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to our Business Development Team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone leads via the CRM tool
- Prospects for potential customers on a daily basis
- Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments
- Maintains consistent rapport with previously sold customers
- Responds to email inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner
- Responsible for determining each customer’s service and vehicle needs by active listening
- Follows BDC word tracs and guidelines on calls and e-mails
- Maintains quota of outbound calls/day and emails/day as set forth by management
- Attend meetings and training sessions as needed
- Performs surveys with customers
- Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies.
