Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making sales calls to existing clients, reaching out to new leads, and following up on warm leads to discuss their refining needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Prospect Engagement: Conduct sales calls to current clients and prospects while expanding the prospect list through innovative strategies.
  • Marketing Packages: Prepare and send tailored marketing packages to potential clients and groups.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure receipt and interest in the marketing packages.
  • Key Decision-Maker Identification: Research, identify, and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Automation & Tools: Utilize marketing automation and manage social media accounts across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with social media and AI tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated examples of professional development initiatives.

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 based on experience. Plus, an aggressive commission structure.
Benefits: Paid vacation and health insurance
