Job Description

We are in need of driven individuals that can continue our steady growth in the debt collection industry. As a Collections Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the debt recovery industry. Your focus will be on promoting our services, building relationships with potential clients, and demonstrating the value of our collection solutions. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and research potential clients in the financial, healthcare, and other relevant industries.
Generate new leads through market research, referrals, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement - Initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their debt recovery needs and challenges.
Conduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of our collection services.

Negotiation and Closing - Collaborate with clients to tailor our collection solutions to their specific requirements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business partnerships.

Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

Market Insights - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed recommendations for business development strategies.

Sales Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance and pipeline progression.

Travel - Willing to travel locally or regionally to meet with prospective clients or current clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, collections, medical, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of debt collection processes and industry regulations is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
