Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily handle outbound calls to clients, in addition to managing inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct heavy outbound phone calls to customers, including follow-ups, surveys, and sales inquiries.
- Manage inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed.
- Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred, with a demonstrated ability to handle outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Note: This is an in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be comfortable conducting heavy outbound phone calls, spending a significant amount of time engaging with customers over the phone.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
