Your role
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. This role will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that address their challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. This position is a remote role that will be based in the Central US. This role reports to the CEO.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Americas.
  • Identify and qualify leads, leveraging inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting efforts, and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and navigate contract discussions to successfully close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline activity using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Represent TrustFlight at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network.


What you'll bring


  • 5+ years of sales experience in technical B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or software products in mid-market (deal sizes $10K to $100K range) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate organizational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as required.
