Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving demands of our clients. The Sales Representative will work closely with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or outside sales environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,244.58-$108,918.05 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
